Creative Audio To Build New Corporate Headquarters And Distribution Center In Ozark, MO

The new 25,000 sq. ft. warehouse distribution center is being built to support the business growth of five retail stores and a growing e-commerce business. 20 jobs will be retained through this expansion with an additional phase planned for future growth. This will not be a retail location but will be a fulfillment center to receive and distribute inventory to retail stores and e-commerce customers. This site location was chosen from many options because of its visibility and traffic from Highway 65 and the growth of Ozark. There were many organizations that were involved in the selection process. Show Me Christian County executive director, Andrea Sitzes, worked with Creative Audio owner and Nixa resident, Don Fleury. Sitzes assisted Creative Audio by identifying possible locations and providing assistance through the pre-development process. Creative Audio is also excited to announce the warehouse distribution center will be using Sun Solar to install a 99kW solar energy. This system is designed to offset approximately 95% of the store’s yearly energy load. 300 solar modules create a savings of more than $14,000 per year for the next 25 years.
